Travis Watkins de97b62b89 Don't limit anvil stack size.

After the changes in c549609d anvils started incorrectly limiting their
inputs to single item stacks. Vanilla allows for full size stacks here and
this is useful for using materials to repair items so now we do too.

Compilation

We use maven to handle our dependencies.

Install Maven 3
Check out and install Bukkit
- Note: this is not needed as the repository we use has Bukkit too, but you might have a newer one (with your own changes :D)
Check out this repo and: mvn clean package
